Two Big Announcements!
First, A big thanks to our sponsor! Hungry Howie’s will be feeding all contestants, judges, and volunteers. They’ll also be selling pizza in the lobby. If you’ve never had their pizza before, you’re missing out! Their flavored crusts are the best. Second, 9th graders who live in Layton High boundaries can compete! As soloists and as bands. You can be a band of all 9th graders or mix with high school students. The majority of your band members must live in Layton High boundaries and attend Legacy, Fairfield, Shoreline, Central Davis, or Layton High to be counted as a Layton High entry. So, if you had a member attending Shoreline, one from Legacy and one from Layton High, those members would all count as Layton High majority and your band would qualify. You may have band members who attend other schools, but the majority needs to be in Layton High boundaries. Spread the word!
